- "Bake on!" - One of Jake's quotes.
Jake is a character that appears in both Math and Reading lessons. He appears in lessons Level B to Level H. He works at Bake Stars Café. Jake usually appears with Pepper Jackie and Sweet T as the Bake Stars Café. Jake is the boss of Bake Stars Café.
It is implied Jake has a managerial position at the Bake Stars Café since Sweet T has called him "boss" and Jake has made him follow the employee rules of the café. He is the one who pays both Sweet T and Pepper Jackie. He is possibly the owner but that is not confirmed. Because of his job, it is implied he is over 18, and therefore an adult.
Appearance[]
Jake, in his newer looks, usually wears a blue shirt and a pair of gray pants with a chained belt. In some older i-Ready lessons, like Level F, Jake appears with spikey messy hair, a big head, an apron saying "Kiss The Chief,” a grey and black shirt with a silhouette of Rocky playing an electric guitar, and dark messy pants with some chains on it. In newer lessons, Jake is seen wearing a watch. However, in both versions Jake is seen with a goatee.
Trivia[]
- Bake Stars employees have a fair right to have 1 free cookie per day. Sweet T however, once broke those rules and ate all the snickerdoodles at once because he was greedy. Jake later found out what Sweet T was doing, and took away his cookie rights.
- However, Jake was once caught by Sweet T doing the same thing. It turned out, that Jake broke his own rules and ate all the snickerdoodles. Sweet T was not happy because Jake took away his cookie rights but Jake himself also did the same thing and broke his own rules.
- Jake makes a brief appearance in the audience of the Are You Smarter Than An Astrophysicist? challenge.
- Jake is the boss of Bake Stars Café.
- Jake has the same voice as G.O and The Perplexor.
- Bella has a crush on Jake.
- He voices the Diagnostic tools for students in grades 4-12.

- Jake was once part of a band. During their practices he would make treats for his band. His band loved them, and he decided baking was his true talent. He then left the band and (possibly) founded Bake Stars Cafe. His band has been declining since he left and Jake has tried to recover it before it had to split up. It was revealed in a lesson that it has been 10 years since he left the band.
